Know Your Worth
Join us for a 5-part Women's Leadership & Life Design Series beginning in July.
Know Yourself, Know Your Worth: Discover Your Strengths Through Working Genius
How often do we spend our time supporting everyone around us, but rarely create space to invest in ourselves?
Join Women of the Summit for the first workshop in our new Know Your Worth: A Women's Leadership & Life Design Series.
Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and the Working Genius assessment ($25), you'll gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, values, and the unique gifts you bring to your work, relationships, and community. Please complete the assessment before July 8 and either print your results or email them to yourself to bring to the workshop.
This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about recognizing what is already there.
You'll leave with:
Greater clarity on your strengths and natural gifts
A better understanding of what energizes and drains you
Confidence in your personal and professional value
New connections with other Summit County women
A foundation for designing your next chapter
Whether you're navigating a career transition, growing a business, seeking more confidence, looking to connect with other women, or simply wondering what's next, this workshop is designed to help you better understand yourself and the value you bring to the world.
About the Series
This workshop is the starting point for the Know Your Worth Workshop Series, providing a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Participants will gain valuable insights into their strengths while connecting with a supportive community of women committed to learning and growing together.
While each workshop can be attended as a standalone experience, this session is designed to introduce the full journey, which includes Working Genius, the Francie's Cabin Retreat, Advocating Your Worth, Executive Presence, and Grow Your Worth. Participants are encouraged to continue through the series to deepen their learning, build meaningful connections, and create lasting momentum for their personal and professional goals.
